Gerrard brings over 30 years experience, having worked for a Pension Fund and investment agencies in London, Bristol and Bournemouth, he set up the practice in 1993 to concentrate on High Street retail in the South Coast/South West area.

He has a significant role in Asset Management, maximising returns and extracting value from client's existing property High Street property portfolios.
